Focus on the requirements of customers and other key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Improve customer satisfaction through value presentation.\n4. Be responsible for project compliance operations and ensure that project delivery complies with corporate management regulations and regulations.\n5. Identify and control major issues and risks of the project, escalate issues and risks beyond the control scope of the project team in a timely manner, and manage them in a closed-loop manner.\n6. Lead by example and build a high-performance team.\n1.Develop project delivery plans and manage end-to-end delivery of data center projects across design, procurement and construction phases.\n2.Interface with clients, supervisors and local government authorities to meet regulatory compliance requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.\n3.Management for subcontractors and material suppliers, and coordinate construction works on site, including civil, electrical, HVAC, low-voltage systems and generator sets.\n4.Establish internal project governance mechanisms. Leverage regular meetings, monthly reports, critical issue escalation and War Room operations to share project status and control risks.\n5.Develop team capabilities, foster teamwork and collaboration to ensure project objectives are achieved.\n6.Implement project compliance management, with a focus on procurement, acceptance and data center material control, and rigorously mitigate risks.\n\nService skills requirements:\n1. 5-8 years of experience in data center project delivery management.\n2. Strong result orientation and sense of responsibility, with excellent communication and coordination skills.\n3. Team or project management experience is preferred\n Business skills : \nExcellent Communication Skills\n\nHigh ability of fast learning and practice. \n\nGood team work\n\nGood attitude and self motivated.\n\nHas ability to make self study for new topics to enhance his experience.\n\nAbility to work under pressure.\n\nProfessional knowledge requirements:\n1. Be familiar with the basic principles and knowledge construction engineering (Civil & MEP).\n2.
