Responsibilities\nTake charge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) management for delivery projects, including formulating EHS plans, implementing safety regulations, and ensuring all site space work), and organize EHS training, inspections, and audits.\nInvestigate and report EHS incidents and near-misses, formulate corrective and preventive measures, and follow up on their implementation to ensure continuous improvement.\nTake part in customer communication, skill transfer to internal employees, and knowledge accumulation (including local employee cultivation and personnel echelon building) in the project team or team.\nFully communicate with the customer and authorities during project delivery and be responsible for EHS compliance and customer satisfaction.\nRequirements\nService skill requirements:\nHave strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate EHS requirements with customers, subcontractors, and project teams, and drive EHS compliance.\nHave strong understanding and analytical capabilities, be able to identify and assess EHS risks and develop practical control measures.\nBe able to identify EHS risks (such as electrical, high-altitude, and traffic safety risks) and take effective measures to prevent incidents.\nIdentify and manage EHS issues, develop corrective and preventive plans, and complete EHS reports and audits.\n1-2 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the telecom or construction industry.\nObey the global project allocation;\nRequirements for professional knowledge:\nFamiliar with EHS laws, regulations, and standards (such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) and telecom/construction site safety requirements.\nFamiliar with electrical safety, high-altitude work safety, LOTO, and emergency response management.\nFamiliar with EHS management systems, tools, and audit methods, with relevant certification (such as NEBOSH or registered safety engineer) being
