Strictly control change risks to ensure zero impact on services.\nTake part in customer training, skill transfer to internal employees, and knowledge accumulation (including local employee cultivation and personnel echelon building) in the project team or team.\nFully communicate with the customer during delivery/SLA project and be responsible for successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.\nRequirements\nService skill requirements:\nHave strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, including technical solutions and delivery solutions. Be able to actively guide customers and obtain customer support and project team recognition.\nHave strong understanding capabilities, be able to effectively analyze and manage customer requirements, and develop feasible solutions based on customer requirements.\nBe able to identify technical risks (such as delivery strategies, technical solutions, network security, and bid response clauses) and take effective measures to cope with and avoid the risks.\nIdentify and manage technical issues, develop resolution plans and solutions, and complete design reviews.
