networking, and troubleshooting.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nStrong problem-solving and customer-service skills.\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nExperience with IT helpdesk or ticketing systems.\n\nBasic knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.\n\nKnowledge of printers, scanners, and other office equipment.\n\nFamiliarity with Active Directory and user account management is an advantage.\n\nChinese language proficiency is an advantage, especially for positions supporting
