Lead annual training needs analysis, develop and implement annual/quarterly training plans to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.\n Design and execute targeted learning programs for different levels (e.g., onboarding, high-potential talents, management) such as leadership development and internal trainer cultivation. Manage the full lifecycle of training projects, including curriculum development, facilitator coordination, implementation, and effectiveness tracking.\n Plan and organize internal knowledge-sharing sessions, skills competitions, and book clubs. Manage the online learning platform to promote self-driven learning and enhance the overall organizational learning atmosphere.\n Requirements:\n Bachelor’s degree mandatory. Having a study background from a Chinese university is an advantage.\n Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills. Ability to build trust with business unit leaders, accurately identify business pain points, and translate them into training needs. Strong public speaking skills with a professional stage presence.\n Strong data sensitivity with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness through training and performance data. Clear logical thinking, capable of extracting key insights from complex information and developing systematic solutions.\n Proficiency in office software and LMS (Learning Management System) backend management. Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging learning technologies such as AI tools, gamified learning, and micro-learning content creation.\n Strong self-drive with the ability to proactively identify issues and drive solutions. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
