Additionally proactively manage this scope and associated actuals against the planned cost/scope.\nCollection of business and technical requirements through series of workshops with customers / stakeholders.\nProduction of requirement documentation to formalize and agree captured requirements.\nCreation of solution proposal utilizing industry standard frameworks to meet requirements, using products and services from the Huawei portfolio.\nTracking of compliancy to requirements based on proposed solution initially and throughout the delivery.\nManage and own the technical delivery during the project life cycle by ensuring deliveries from the implementation teams are compliant with the proposed solution.\nDocumenting services required to deliver solution including information about any phasing required due to project financial constraints, technical product roadmap dependencies etc..\nParticipate in meetings with customers on solution issues.\nAnalyze scope changes throughout project, initially identifying areas of increased scope / scope change, through assessing impacts to cost base / timelines, to supporting the CR(Change Request) process.\nRequirements\nRequirements Skills\nStrong experience of technically leading complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production)\nKnowledge and experience of developing a SOA (Service Orientated Architecture).\nStrong experience of working within a large scale Telecom/IT environment, ideally an operator/supplier.\nExperience of technically leading projects throughout the complete IT Development Life-cycle from requirements capture to handover and knowledge transfer.
