• Integration with compute, virtualization, database, and backup systems;\n Work closely with pre-sales and sales teams to: • Support strategic opportunities and critical deals; • Accelerate customer decision-making through successful POC outcomes;\n Deliver technical demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and customer presentations;\n Analyze competitor solutions and highlight competitive advantages through POC execution;\n Prepare POC reports, technical documentation, and customer-facing materials;\n Support solution design, troubleshooting, and technical validation during the pre-sales stage;\n Provide regional technical support across Central Asia and South Caucasus countries.\n Requirements:\n Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in storage delivery, technical support, or post-sales engineering;\n Experience in POC execution, laboratory testing, or customer environment validation is preferred and working in enterprise IT environments;\n Solid hands-on experience with: • Enterprise Storage Solutions (SAN, NAS, and Object Storage); • Compute and Server Infrastructure; • Virtualization Platforms (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V); • Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.); • Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions;\n Skill in: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems independently.\n Expertise at: Simulate real-world customer workloads in POC environments;\n Strong sales-oriented mindset with a clear understanding that POCs are a key tool for winning business opportunities, not only for technical validation;\n Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills;\n Ability to explain technical results and findings in business-oriented language,align POC design and execution with customer decision-making criteria and clearly demonstrate and communicate competitive advantages;\n Hands-on, fast learner, and effective problem solver;\n Experience working in multi-vendor storage environments (e.g., Dell, HPE, NetApp, etc.);\n Experience participating in competitive POC scenarios is an advantage;\n Familiarity with performance benchmarking and testing tools.\n Fluency in Russian is mandatory;\n Good command of English is required.\n Work Conditions:\n Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.\n Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).\n Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)\n Days off: Saturday, Sunday.\n Probation period: 3 months.\n Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required;
