This is a high-profile role which requires utilizing creative sourcing skills, the ability to build internal and external relationships, and business acumen.\nEssential Job Functions:\nManage the full life cycle recruitment process for corporate, professional, and operational positions, from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.\nPartner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies that align with business objectives, workforce planning needs, and hiring timelines.\nProvide hiring managers with regular updates, market insights, and recruiting metrics to ensure visibility into recruiting efforts, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.\nUtilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and talent databases to identify and attract qualified candidates.\nSource, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and overall suitability for open positions.\nPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide recommendations based on candidate assessments and business requirements.\nServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, providing guidance on interviewing best practices, candidate selection, compensation considerations, and offer strategies.\nCoordinate and facilitate all stages of the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and hiring manager follow-up.\nExtend employment offers within established guidelines and approval processes.\nEnsure a positive, professional, and transparent candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.\nAssist with pre-employment activities, including background screenings, drug testing, employment verification, and onboarding coordination.\nMaintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring activity records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting platforms.\nDevelop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive networking and relationship-building efforts.\nMonitor recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices to support effective talent acquisition strategies.\nCollaborate with Human Resources, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.\nSupport employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, networking events, campus recruiting activities, and other talent attraction efforts as needed.\nPrepare and analyze recruiting metrics, reports, and workforce data to identify opportunities for process improvement and hiring effectiveness.\nPerform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\n1+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required; experience within a staffing agency environment strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to recruit for a variety of positions across multiple levels, from entry-level to professional and leadership roles.\nStrong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.\nProven experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates through various recruiting channels.\nWorking knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and sourcing techniques.\nAbility to build and maintain effective partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and external talent networks.\nSalary Range: Up to $75,000/year base salary plus bonus eligibility\nThis is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.\nBenefits We offer a comprehensive benefits plan including:\nMedical\nDental \nVision\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nLife & AD&D Insurance\nDisability\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nBEWARE OF FRAUD!\n\nHub Group has become aware of online recruiting related scams in which individuals who are not affiliated with or authorized by Hub Group are using Hub Group’s name in fraudulent emails, job postings, or social media messages.
