# Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The Supervisor is to assist the Manager in the overall performance of the warehouse and customer service operations. The Supervisor plans, organizes, help staff, directs, and controls the warehouse and customer service activities. The selection, training, and motivation of the workforce are key responsibilities. The Supervisor is accountable for achieving company objectives in regard to safe workplace, properly trained work force, labor cost efficiency, employee productivity, customer service, efficient storage, accuracy. Essential Job Function Plan, direct, train and implement warehouse and customer service employees to meet productivity and service goals for each customer. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in loading and unloading products from trucks and or performing any handling or value added function for our customer.
