This position will be responsible for an assigned group of carriers’ total spend, including assisting with procurement events to include carrier participation, light analytics regarding market activities and entry/troubleshooting rates in the TMS. In the Procurement Analyst role, you will be expected to be organized and demonstrate analytical skills. The candidate will work effectively with internal and external customers.\nEssential Job Functions\nDevelop and grow carrier relations by developing and maintaining good working relationships. Work with carriers to resolve unique issues quickly to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. \nEffectively communicate with internal and external carriers and customers ensuring all customer expectations and carrier KPIs are met.
