You will be responsible for overseeing the client’s experience by working in a team\nenvironment and guiding the various internal functions with touch points to the client - including sales, operations, accounting and information technology. In this role you will manage multiple projects to ensure successful, high-quality service levels during client implementation and throughout the client’s relationship with Hub Group. The ideal candidate for this position must exhibit the business acumen and flexibility required to successfully work with all levels of the client’s organization. You must have the ability to grow and expand service products to your client base. Periodic travel will be required (up to 30%).\nEssential Job Functions\nPerform client training on Hub Group’s proprietary supply chain management software tools. \nWork with warehousing and transportation service providers to outline and define client service solutions. \nEstablish, define, and communicate SOPs with all relevant internal Hub Group departments. \nProvide ongoing account management. \nWork collectively with assigned client base to establish and monitor essential performance metrics and key performance indicators.\nPreempt and troubleshoot operational service challenges. \nAssure financial targets are being achieved for both the client and Hub Group. \nUnderstand clients; complete set of logistics needs and establish Hub Group as the comprehensive service provider of choice for the client.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. \nExcellent problem-solving skills with proven ability to inspire others to find creative solutions to challenging situations. \nStrong talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively. \nProven track record of building/managing key business relationships. \nHighly organized and attentive to details. Excellent written and oral communication skills. \nAble to identify and assess clients’ needs, and to craft compelling solutions. \nSelf-directed, yet strong team player. \nFamiliarity with EDI transactions is a plus.
