The account coordinator will also perform a backup role for the Account Specialist during their absence.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities\nDuties/ Responsibilities:\nResponsible for keeping “Printflow Web” updated on a daily basis\n\nWorks with Account Specialist and Production Team on job status throughout the plant including projects that are not following course.\n\nResponsible for order entry of all jobs for your team and looping in Sales as needed.\n\nResponsible for checking their own order entry work for accuracy before passing it to the Account Specialist for a final check\n\nAttending meetings as needed to support Account Specialist and Sales.\n\nAssist Account Specialist with inventory management (email, reports, phone calls, etc.)\n\nResponsible for gathering appropriate paperwork for internal/external Non-Conformances\n\nWorks with team to follow up on job status throughout the process and ensure OTD (On time Delivery)\n\nCorrespond with customers concerning day to day operations via email or phone, while Account Specialist is out (cc CAM on emails)\n\nAct as back up contact person for Internal and External customers in the absence of Account Specialist\n\nParticipation in all HOP/OEE programs and events\n\nAdherence to Hub Labels safety rules and regulations, this includes wearing steel toed shoes and other PPE protection if applicable\n\nSupport and embrace Hub Labels core values of Honor, Unite and Believe\n\nHub Labels offers general benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401k with company match.\nQualifications\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nMust have the ability to write effective communications such as memos, e-mails, and reports using standard computer software, Microsoft Office\nEffective communication with internal customers and other departments is critical\nMust be self-motivated, organized, and display strong attention to detail\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet job related deadlines\nBe able to produce a high level and quality of work with little supervision\nMust be able to multi-task efficiently and effectively daily.\nMust have the ability to operate customary office equipment (computer, printer, copier, fax machine)\nMathematical and analytical skills are required\nEducation & Experience:\nMust have a high school diploma or GED\nPrevious Customer Service is required\nPrevious experience working in the printing industry is desired\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements:\nWhile performing this job the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, and hear.\nOccasional lifting and movement of objects weighing up to 20 pounds is required.\nOccasional day trips to customer’s sites or to training locations may be required.\nA significant amount of time is spent seated, working with a computer, fax, copier, and telephone.\nThe work environment is that of a normal office.
