HR Business Partner | Chubb Taiwan

We’re hiring an HR Business Partner with 5-8 years of HR experience to join Chubb Taiwan’s HR team.

This role partners closely with business leaders, the HR Head, and APAC HR teams to support people initiatives and HR projects in a multinational insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory support on people matters, workforce planning, and employee communication
• Support employee relations, performance discussions, and people management issues
• Assist with compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary review, bonus, promotion, and HR data analysis
• Support talent development, performance management, and employee learning initiatives
• Drive employee engagement, wellness, internal communication, and other people initiatives

• Participate in HR projects, system implementation, process improvement, and regional HR initiatives

• 提供主管日常人員管理、人力規劃及員工溝通相關建議
• 支援員工關係、績效溝通、員工關懷及人員管理議題
• 協助年度調薪、獎金、升遷、薪酬分析及整理
• 支援人才發展、績效管理及員工學習相關活動
• 規劃並執行員工活動、健康促進、內部溝通及engagement initiatives
• 參與HR 專案、系統導入、流程優化及區域總公司HR initiatives

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably with HRBP, C&B, ER, HR operations, or employee engagement exposure
• Experience in multinational companies, financial services, or the insurance industry is a plus
• Good knowledge of Taiwan labor regulations and HR practices
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters professionally

• 具備5-8 年HR 相關經驗，有HRBP、C&B、ER、HR Operations 或Employee Engagement 經驗尤佳
• 具外商、金融保險業或矩陣式組織經驗者佳
• 熟悉台灣勞動法令及HR 實務運作
• 具備良好的溝通協調、問題解決與執行能力
• 中英文溝通能力佳，能閱讀英文文件並與APAC HR 團隊合作
• 細心負責、主動積極，能妥善處理機密及敏感議題
