2. 工作經驗：具備相關行業經驗者佳，尤其是財產保險或承保相關經驗。
3. 語言能力：流利的英語能力，其他語言能力者優先考慮。
4. 技能要求：良好的分析能力與溝通技巧，熟悉Microsoft Office。
5. 具團隊合作精神，能在快節奏的環境中工作。
6. 具備良好的時間管理能力，能有效處理多項任務。
