In het Support Center te Wommelgem werken 250 medewerkers met veel plezier en passie aan de toekomst van Hubo.\nAls CISO (Information Security Lead) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven, uitvoeren en opvolgen van het cybersecurityprogramma en de informatiebeveiliging binnen Hubo. Je brengt cyberrisico's in kaart, evalueert deze continu en vertaalt ze naar concrete acties en projecten.\nSamen met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders bouw je actief mee aan de verdere cyberweerbaarheid van Hubo. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een technische achtergrond en een pragmatische hands-on aanpak. Je werkt zowel beleidsmatig als operationeel mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het cybersecurityprogramma.\nJe rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CIO. \nWat vinden wij belangrijk? \nErvaring - Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Informatica, Cybersecurity of een aanverwant vakgebied, of hebt een gelijkwaardig kennisniveau opgebouwd door ervaring. Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen cybersecurity, IT-infrastructuur of IT-governance.\nExpertise - Je hebt ervaring met cybersecurityroadmaps, securityprojecten en risicobeheer. Je kent frameworks zoals NIST, ISO 27001, CyberFundamentals en NIS2.\nTechnische kennis - Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft 365, Azure, netwerkbeveiliging, IAM en security monitoring. Certificeringen zoals CISSP, CISM, CRISC of ISO 27001 zijn een pluspunt.\nTalen - Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.\nPersoonlijkheid - Je bent pragmatisch, analytisch en hands-on. Je vertaalt strategie naar concrete acties en maakt de impact van technische risico's begrijpelijk voor de business.\nCommunicatie - Je communiceert helder en werkt vlot samen met zowel directieleden als technische IT-collega's en externe partners\n\nWat ga je doen?\nJe stelt de cybersecurityroadmap op, voert deze uit en volgt de voortgang op. Zo verhoog je de cybersecuritymaturiteit van Hubo, in samenwerking met verschillende IT-teams, business owners en externe partners.\nJe vertaalt analyses, audits, assessments en securityincidenten naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven en projecten.
