At HubX, Do What You Love isn’t just a motto; it's the foundation of our work.\nSome of your responsibilities\nCreate single-page, static-generated, and server-rendered web pages.\nBuild beautiful, mobile-first, responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible UIs.\nWork closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and developers to define, design, build, and ship new features.\nUnderstand and diagnose web metrics to improve Core Web Vitals and overall web performance.\nWork in a cross-functional team within an Agile/Scrum environment.\nContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.\nWrite clean, maintainable code and actively participate in peer code reviews.\nDevelop and maintain scalable systems to support our growing user base.\nWhat we look for\nMinimum 3 years of experience in frontend development\nStrong expertise in TypeScript, including functional and asynchronous programming paradigms\nDevelop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG)\nDeep understanding of state management with Redux / Redux Toolkit and data fetching using RTK Query\nHands-on experience with Firebase services, such as Auth, Firestore, Realtime Database (RTDB), and Remote Config\nProficiency in UI development using Tailwind CSS, Shadcn\nStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team\nFamiliarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies\nGood command of written and spoken English\nStay current on the latest platform capabilities so that we know what’s possible.\nContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.\nWrite clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code-reviews.\nDevelop and maintain systems to support the growing user base.\nNice to have\nExperience working with content management systems like Keystone.js, Strapi, or Sanity\nAbility to create web animations using libraries like GSAP and Framer Motion, or similar libraries\nFamiliarity with UI/UX design principles and design-to-code best practices\nAwareness of cross-browser compatibility best practices\nKeeping up with modern frontend development trends and latest platform capabilities\nUI/UX knowledge and working experience with Figma or design systems\nThe benefits of working with us\nWe would like you to focus on what you do best, we take care of the rest.\nHuge impact: Your work can significantly impact our millions of users, and even the mobile app industry at large in the next years to come.\nOwnership, opportunity to take responsibility from day one: No one will micromanage you.
