policy and provide prompt, courteous customer service\nAll Store Manager checklists are performed daily\nEnsures Sales Associate checklists are performed each shift\nEnsures schedules are posted two weeks in advance, per policy\n\nAccounting\nEnsures all paperwork is done accurately and in a timely manner\nMaintains inventory and cash loss within company guidelines\nConducts inventories, cash audits, cigarette counts, cost and supply audits as directed by management\nEnsures all store deposits are taken to the bank daily, including weekends\nEnsures sufficient change available for use throughout all operating hours\nEnsures all required documents are sent to the store analysts\n\nHuman Resources\nTreats all associates with dignity and respect and uses the proper personnel management techniques\nEnsures that all associates receive breaks\nAdvises division manager of any personnel situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on store operating performance\nCommits to all training programs by working with the Trainer to ensure all associates are trained on their job duties\nEnsures all associates are properly recording all hours worked by following our “no work off the clock policy”\nProvides an environment free of any type of harassment or hostile conditions\nComplies with the Company’s Responsible Retailing policy\nWorks with all associates to ensure ongoing training and development to further their careers\nRecords hours worked in the workstation\n\nSecurity\nEnsures all associate cash handling procedures are followed\nEnsures all security video surveillance equipment is in working order\nEnsures a safe shopping and working environment\nEnsures all company assets are protected, including cash and merchandise\nEnsures vendor check- in procedures are followed per company policy\nEnsures cash is only kept in one of three places: safe, cash register and bank\n\nMerchandising\nEnsures all promotional signs are posted on the date assigned\nEnsures current plan-o-grams are being used\nCommunicate with the District Manager for any special needs or request\nEnsures that all merchandise orders are sent properly to prevent out of stocks and maintain inventory levels as directed\nWorks with DSD (Direct Store Delivery) vendors to ensure 100% in stock of product\nMonitors inventory levels at all times and communicates with the Division Manager to prevent out of stocks\nAll food service areas are kept clean, and all sanitation procedures are followed\n\nMaintenance\nFloors are kept clean and maintained\nReports any maintenance problems that cannot be corrected immediately without assistance to the Hucks Solution Center, via the Intranet\nEnsures all equipment is in working order by maintaining proper operating procedures\n\nSafety\nEnsures that ladders are properly used\nEnsures that lifting procedures are followed per company policy\nEnsures that wet floor signs and floor dryers are used, per company policy\nReports accidents promptly to District Manager and corporate office\nReports all work-related injuries\nEnsures all EPA regulations are met by complying with
