Backed by $16M from top VCs and YC (W25), our marketplace and platform are used by startups, Fortune 500 companies and frontier labs.\nAbout the role\nAs a Sales Development Representative, you’ll persuade businesses and individuals to list useful data on HUD. Your outreach will follow current buyer demand, usually from frontier AI labs.\nMost of your day will be spent making calls, sending emails and following up. Success means turning those conversations into complete listings that fit what buyers need.\nResponsibilities\nWork through prospect lists, find the right contacts, and make cold calls and send relevant emails and LinkedIn messages every day.\n\nExplain how listing on HUD works and why it may be valuable to the provider, answer common questions and handle objections.\n\nFollow up consistently and guide interested providers through sign-up and listing submission.\n\nCollect the information needed for a complete listing and help providers when they get stuck.\n\nKeep contact records and next steps current, and meet agreed daily outreach targets and weekly targets for complete listings that match buyer needs.\n\nExperience\nYou may be a good fit if you have:\nClear spoken and written English, with confidence starting conversations by phone.\n\nPersistence through unanswered calls and rejection, while staying professional and respectful.\n\nReliable follow-through across many conversations, with organised notes and next steps.\n\nComfort using everyday sales tools, taking feedback and improving your approach.\n\nStrong candidates may also have:\nTelesales, call-centre, appointment-setting, customer support or recruitment experience is useful. This is an early-career role; career changers are welcome. AI, data and coding experience are optional.\nWe prioritize technical aptitude and learning potential over years of experience. Senior teammates will support technical assessments, pricing discussions and contract questions, so you can keep outreach and listings moving.\nTeam Size: ~25 people currently, mostly full-time in-person, but some remote.\n\nOur team: Our team includes 4 International Olympiad medalists (IOI, ILO, IPhO), the former #1 ranked Catan player in the world, serial AI startup founders, and researchers with publications at ICLR, NeurIPS, etc.\n\nCompany stage: We have 8 figures in funding and are scaling profitably and quickly to meet very strong demand.\n\nLogistics\nEmployment: Full-time.\n\nLocation: Remote only.
