Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers across the business, you will support end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions and levels, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing, candidate experience and building high-quality talent pipelines. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who loves finding great people, can confidently manage multiple searches at once and is excited to be part of a high-growth, founder-led beauty business.\nPlease note that this role is 12-month fixed term contract. \nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions, from sourcing and screening through to interviews, selection and offer management.\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.\nProactively source and engage high-quality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks and other sourcing channels\nConduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, motivations and cultural fit with Huda Beauty.\nBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.\nManage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.\nPresent shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, providing clear interview feedback and recommendations.\nCoordinate and manage interview processes, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and hiring decisions.\nBuild strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the recruitment process.\nSupport the preparation and management of offers, working closely with the wider People + Culture team to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment activity and job requisitions within our Applicant Tracking System (Workable).\nMonitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on pipeline activity and hiring timelines.\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and the overall candidate experience.\nSupport wider Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects and employer branding activities as required.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search, ideally within a fast-paced in-house or agency environment\nStrong hands-on sourcing experience with the ability to identify and engage passive talent across a range of functions and seniority levels\nConfident conducting candidate interviews and assessing both technical capability and culture fit\nExperience managing multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time without compromising on quality or candidate experience\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders\nHighly organised, proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency\nComfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly\nExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System; Workable experience is a plus\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills\nPassion for beauty and an interest in the Huda Beauty brand and culture is a plus\nBenefits\nMonthly “Self Love Days” - at company discretion \nPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependents \nMonthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success Coach \nEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty products\nQuarterly product gifting \nHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
