All of our clinical managers have vast experience in delivering school based teletherapy services, and they are available when needed.\nAt Huddle Up, you’re part of a team that ensures students receive the best care possible.\nWe are currently hiring for virtual Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) in Alaska for the upcoming 26/27 school year!\nWhat We Offer:\nCompensation for direct and indirect time\nUp to a $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000 per year)\nAccess to Company Sponsored Health insurance, Dental Insurance, Short-Term Disability Insurance, Long-Term Disability Insurance, and Life Insurance \nAccess to wellness programs including- Peloton, EAP Support, Headspace, and Carrot Fertility\nAccess to participate in our 401k after 6 months of employment \nAccrued sick time- one hour for every 30 hours, Caps at 48 hours \nUp front payment for cross licensing\nAccess to our proprietary platform\nAccess to online assessments and tools\nAccess to clinical and technical staff to ensure you are fully supported\nWe match your schedule with the right opportunity\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nGrow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering mental health psychotherapy services to school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in an environment that is flexible to your needs.\nHuddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding mental health therapy services to children in need\nComplete documentation and participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator\nDevelop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive team-based environment\nProvide telehealth services to a diverse population of school aged children\nMinimum Requirements:\nAble to commit to at least 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week\nHold an active, unrestricted, and valid LCSW license in your state of residence, and Alaska in good standing\nFull-time resident of the United States\nSchool experience or experience working with school aged pediatric population\nExperience conducting virtual sessions\nExperience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology\nFollow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes\nParticipate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator\nPrepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary\nAccess to a laptop (not chromebook) to conduct sessions virtually\nCompensation: \nThis is a W2 employment opportunity. The exact compensation band is based on where the provider resides. Compensation for providers living in CA, HI, and NY is $42-$51 an hour; AK, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, MA, MD, NJ, NM, OH, PA, RI, TX, VA, and WA is $42-$49 an hour; AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY is $42-$47 an hour; AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV is $42-$45 an hour. This position also includes the opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria.
