The role will manage the full payroll cycle for 1,400+ employees and will report directly to the People Operations &Total Rewards Supervisor. The ideal candidate will combine strong payroll execution, knowledge of Egyptian tax and Social Insurance regulations, advanced Excel skills, and a strong interest in HR analytics, reporting, and process improvement.\n\n· Manage the full monthly payroll cycle from preparation and validation of inputs through final processing and payment files.\n· Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs received from different departments and stakeholders.\n· Review and process payroll variables including overtime, deductions, allowances, bonuses, unpaid leave, loans, advances, and installment deductions.\n· Calculate and process Egyptian income tax and Social Insurance in line with applicable regulations.\n· Prepare and review bank transfer files and coordinate salary transfers.\n· Calculate final settlements and end-of-service payments in coordination with Personnel team.\n· Process salary adjustments, promotions, and other compensation changes accurately and on time.\n· Calculate and process retroactive salary adjustments and back pay when required.\n· Process off-cycle payments and emergency payroll adjustments when needed.\n· Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve salary discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.\n· Maintain accurate payroll records and historical payroll data.\n· Ensure consistency of payroll data across payroll records, HRIS, and Finance records.\n· Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll funding, salary transfers, and payroll-related reconciliations.\n· Prepare month-over-month payroll variance analysis and investigate significant movements.\n· Prepare payroll-related management reports and support monthly payroll reporting and data analysis.\n· Support HR dashboards and payroll-related analytics and reporting initiatives.\n· Support salary benchmarking and market analysis activities.\n· Support bonus calculations, annual salary reviews, and annual manpower/payroll budgeting.\n· Support payroll cost analysis and payroll budget reporting when required.\n· Support payroll audits and provide required payroll documentation.\n· Prepare periodic compliance reports related to payroll, tax, and Social Insurance.\n· Monitor changes in payroll-related tax and Social Insurance regulations and support required process updates.\n· Drive payroll process improvements and support payroll automation initiatives.\nRequirements\n· 2–4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of direct payroll experience.\n· Strong practical knowledge of Egyptian payroll practices, income tax, and Social Insurance regulations.\n· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including strong formulas, PivotTables, data validation, and payroll data analysis.\n· Strong HR analytics and reporting skills.\n· Experience with payroll or HRIS systems is preferred.\n· High-volume payroll experience is preferred.\n· Very good command of English.\n· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.\n· High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and payroll data.\n· Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.\n· Strong time management and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.\n· Bachelor’s degree required;
