RT Equipment Operation\nOperate Linear Accelerator (Linac) and associated radiographic testing equipment according to manufacturer operating manuals, approved procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.\n\nPrepare components, position films or digital detectors, and select appropriate exposure parameters to achieve the required image quality.\n\nPerform industrial radiographic testing of welds, castings, forgings, and other components as required.\n\n2. Radiation Safety and Compliance\nEnsure radiation safety through proper area control, radiation monitoring, and compliance with the Radiation Protection Program (RPP).\n\nPerform regular radiation surveys and equipment performance checks.\n\nFollow applicable radiation safety regulations, site safety rules, and environmental protection policies.\n\nCoordinate with the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) regarding radiation dose records and relevant safety documentation.\n\nImmediately report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and nonconformities to the appropriate personnel.\n\n3. Radiographic Film Processing and Documentation\nHandle radiographic film processing and ensure films are properly identified, labelled, stored, and protected against damage or deterioration.\n\nMaintain accurate exposure logs, film identification records, technique sheets, and inspection results.\n\nMaintain traceability of radiographic films and digital inspection records.\n\nPerform radiographic film interpretation, evaluation, and reporting.\n\n4. Equipment Maintenance\nConduct routine equipment performance checks and preventive maintenance of Linac equipment and related accessories.\n\nEnsure equipment is operated according to approved procedures.\n\nReport equipment defects and operational issues promptly.\n\n5. NDT and Quality Inspection\nSupport cross-functional NDT activities, including Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), when required.\n\nEnsure inspection techniques comply with applicable standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, and ISO, as well as customer specifications.\n\nSupport internal and external audits, inspection reviews, and regulatory assessments.\n\nFollow company Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and applicable inspection requirements.\n\nJob Requirements\nEducation\nITI, Diploma, Degree, or higher qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.\n\nCertifications\nASNT, PCN, or ISO 9712 Level II certification in at least four NDT methods, such as RT, UT, MT, and PT.\n\nPrevious Linac system training and certification preferred.\n\nRadiation Safety certification preferred, where applicable.\n\nExperience\nMinimum 3-5 years of industrial radiography experience.\n\nAt least 1 year of hands-on experience operating Linear Accelerator (Linac) equipment.\n\nExperience in radiographic inspection of welds, castings, and forgings or within heavy manufacturing industries.\n\nTechnical Skills\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, inspection standards, and testing procedures.\n\nProficiency in operating RT Linac equipment and UT, MT, and PT NDT instruments.\n\nStrong understanding of radiation safety principles, ALARA practices, and applicable NRRC regulatory requirements.\n\nKnowledge of radiographic development, exposure calculations, and image quality assessment.\n\nAbility to handle, store, and maintain radiographic films and digital inspection records.\n\nKnowledge of common defects found in castings and forgings.\n\nProficiency in MS Office, documentation, and email communication.\n\nOther Requirements\nStrong attention to detail and observation skills.\n\nGood communication and reporting abilities.\n\nCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\n\nPhysically fit for fieldwork and able to work in confined spaces or elevated positions when required.\n\nAbility to understand and communicate in English.\n\nMust be available for immediate mobilization.\n\nMaximum age: 40 years.\n\nContract and Benefits\nContract Duration: 2 years.\n\nWorking Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.\n\nOvertime: Applicable.\n\nAnnual Leave:
