Shift Leader(Logistic) | Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader - Logistics to join a leading pipe manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements:

Good command of English (spoken, written & reading)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Engineering, Commerce, or Computer Science degree preferred

Experience preparing daily/monthly reports and attending operational meetings

Ability to conduct training sessions and communicate effectively with the team

Good HSE knowledge (certifications preferred) with the ability to assess workplace safety risks

Hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Physically fit to work in indoor/outdoor GCC weather conditions

Willing to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays

Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing work plans

Experience leading and managing multinational shop floor teams

Basic knowledge of lifting equipment

Experience in pipe plant warehouse management will be an added advantage
