Join a leading QSR brand in Kuwait as a Store Supervisor. We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional with strong leadership, operational, and team management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising restaurant operations, leading front-line teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational excellence while achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance.
Ensure smooth shift execution by effectively allocating tasks and maintaining adequate staffing levels.
Monitor customer satisfaction, handle guest concerns professionally, and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store presentation.
Support employee training, onboarding, and ongoing development to enhance team performance.
Assist with inventory management, stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage.
Monitor sales performance, labor productivity, and operational costs to achieve business targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and company regulations.
Prepare daily operational reports, including sales, inventory, cash handling, and staffing updates.
Support the implementation of promotions, marketing campaigns, and new product launches.
Coordinate with management to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the store.
Benefits:
Salary : KD 190 Basic + KD 20 Food allowance

Requirements
Age between 22-30 years.
Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a QSR, café, fast-food chain, or casual dining restaurant.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
GCC experience preferred.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage restaurant teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle operational and customer-related challenges quickly and effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, inventory management, and basic reporting tools.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team-management skills.
