coordination of daily program activities and patient needs.\nAssist the program manager with day-to-day operations, workflow, scheduling, and administrative functions.\nMonitor program activities and identify operational issues that may affect patient flow or the patient experience.\nCoordinate with internal departments and external providers as needed to ensure continuity and efficiency of services.\nMaintain accurate patient and program documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.\nProvide patients and families with information regarding program services, processes, and resources.\nAssist with resolving patient concerns and escalate clinical or operational issues appropriately.\nCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure patient needs are communicated and addressed in a timely manner.\nSupport the implementation of program policies, procedures, quality initiatives, and process improvements.\nMaintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, organizational policies, and applicable healthcare regulations.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, health sciences, or a related field preferred.\nLicensed Practical Nurse (Required) \nMaintains American Heart Association Basic Life Support \nClinical knowledge and understanding of patient care processes required.\nExperience in a healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing environment required.\nExperience coordinating patient flow, clinical operations, or healthcare programs preferred.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and clinical staff.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.\nAbility to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive patient
