You will work across internal teams and external counterparties to keep processes accurate, timely, and well-controlled.\nWe are especially interested in candidates who have or can develop deep expertise in market data operations, vendor workflows, and regional or venue-specific requirements.\nResponsibilities\nOwn and improve core data operations workflows across contracts, exchange reporting, billing, audits, and vendor coordination\nManage contract routing, renewals, documentation, and related legal or compliance workflows\nSupport exchange reporting, monitor licensing updates, and coordinate audit preparation across global venues\nReview invoices, purchase orders, allocations, and vendor billing with Finance\nCoordinate vendor onboarding, internal requests, and stakeholder updates\nMaintain systems, trackers, and process documentation for recurring workflows\nQualifications \nAt least 3 years of experience in market data operations, data vendor management, exchange licensing, financial operations, procurement operations, or a related role\nStrong understanding of operational workflows across data vendors, exchanges, contracts, billing, and reporting\nHigh attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows\nExperience collaborating with legal, finance, compliance, engineering, data, and business teams\nFamiliarity with inventory management systems, regional licensing requirements, exchange workflows, or vendor ecosystems is a strong plus\nThe estimated base salary range for this position is 120,000 to 160,000 USD per year (or local equivalent). The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
