This team is responsible for developing and maintaining productivity service infrastructure for the entire firm, both on-prem and in the cloud. They ensure the availability and reliability of systems within this stack, and are the principal drivers of growth for software and infrastructure practice within our larger Enterprise Technology team.\nIn this role you’ll build, enhance, and manage a variety of internal systems - from directory services to AI tools, both on-prem and in the cloud - while meeting HRT’s unique requirements for reliability and performance. This role requires a deep skill set in Linux, Kubernetes, and observability; proficiency in Python; and solid experience with configuration management/IaC. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on engineer with exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.\nResponsibilities\nBuild, enhance, and manage a variety of internal systems, from directory services to AI tools, both on-prem and in the cloud\nEnable and promote good engineering practice across the Enterprise Technology organization\nDevelop monitoring solutions to ensure high system uptime and reliability; utilize tools to detect and resolve issues proactively\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related disciplines\nProficiency with Python\nExperience managing and monitoring containerized infrastructure\nExperience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD\nExpert experience with IaC and configuration management tools such as Terraform, SaltStack, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible\nExperience building and operating services on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)\nPrior experience working within an IT organization is a plus\nPrior experience leading a technical team preferred\nThe estimated base salary range for this position is 200,000 to 250,000 USD per year (or local equivalent). The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
