You’ll work on event-driven architectures, APIs, and resilient integrations, ensuring high performance, reliability, and a seamless user experience.\nWhat you'll be doing.\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using C#, .NET 8+, and ASP.NET Core.\nBuild scalable distributed systems that support high-concurrency applications.\nDesign decoupled, event-driven architectures and manage event flows, state, and consistency across distributed environments.\nDevelop reliable webhook integrations with signature verification, idempotency, retry logic, and fault-tolerant data flows.\nBuild and optimize data access solutions using Entity Framework Core, Dapper, Azure SQL Server, and Azure Cosmos DB.\nImplement cloud-native solutions using Azure services, including Event Hubs, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Managed Identity.\nSupport infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and manage deployment lifecycles.\nMonitor application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement structured logging, health checks, and recovery mechanisms.\nApply defensive coding practices and resilience patterns to ensure graceful degradation and automated recovery.\nDevelop automated unit and integration tests and support security scanning practices.\nDesign clean, consistent APIs using OpenAPI and code generation tools.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nWhat we'd like to see.\n6+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, and ASP.NET Core, building backend services and distributed systems.\nStrong understanding of event-driven architecture, asynchronous communication, and distributed system consistency.\nProven experience building production-grade webhook integrations, including signature verification, idempotency, retries, and fault tolerance.\nHands-on experience with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, Azure SQL Server, and Azure Cosmos DB.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, including Event Hubs, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Managed Identity.\nFamiliarity with infrastructure as code (IaC), container-first architectures, and deployment practices.\nExperience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, or Datadog, as well as Serilog and health check endpoints.\nKnowledge of resilience libraries and patterns, such as Polly, for handling failures and enabling recovery.\nExperience writing automated tests with xUnit, using mocking libraries such as Moq or NSubstitute and FluentAssertions.\nStrong understanding of API design and API contracts, including OpenAPI and code generation tools such as TypeSpec or similar.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical trade-offs and keep user experience at the center of technical decisions.\nIf the selected candidate holds a degree in Engineering or a related profession, they must present their professional license.
