experience in modern programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Python, Go)\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud-native architectures\nStrong experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)\nExperience with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems\nStrong understanding of secure coding and cloud security principles\nExperience with CI/CD, automated testing, and release management\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining technically hands-on\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in fintech, digital banking, or regulated environments\nExposure to high-scale, high-availability systems\nFamiliarity with
