research, testing, and translating insights into user-centered design.\nAbility to explore multiple design approaches and adapt based on feedback and testing.\nDeep understanding of information architecture and designing intuitive navigation systems.\nProficiency in Figma and familiarity with established UX workflows.\nLeadership qualities to mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards and practices across the team.\n\nGood to have skills: \nExperience designing for B2C and B2B products, especially mobile-first experiences.\nExposure to fintech domain projects and data-rich experiences.\nAbility to design clear, engaging layouts that simplify complex data.\nAdvanced prototyping skills to create interactive prototypes for usability testing and
