It’severy one of us workingtogether.\nWe offer a place where you can feel safe, be supported, and make an impact so we can all focus on the future together.\nResponsibilities\nData Collection, Reporting & Analysis\nOwn and standardize O2C reporting across UAE and Egypt (DSO, overdue %, aging, dispute tracking, collections performance)\n\nDevelop actionable dashboards with clear accountability by customer, sales owner, and site\n\nAnalyze receivables trends, identify risks early, and drive escalation on critical exposures\n\nMonitor customer payment behavior vs agreed terms and highlight deviations\n\nSupport forecasting of cash collections and working capital movements\n\nStakeholder Engagement & Presentations\nLead structured AR review governance with Sales, Finance, and Business leadership\n\nDrive accountability with Sales teams on overdue collections and dispute resolution\n\nPresent O2C performance, risks, and actions to senior management on a regular basis\n\nAct as the key interface between Finance, Commercial, and Customer Service teams\n\nSupport decision-making on credit limits, payment terms, and risk mitigation strategies\n\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nStrengthen end-to-end O2C processes (order release, invoicing, collections, dispute handling)\n\nDrive standardization across UAE and Egypt to eliminate process gaps\n\nIdentify automation opportunities within ERP and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy\n\nImprove invoice quality and documentation to reduce disputes and delays\n\nEnsure strong controls around revenue recognition, credit approvals, and collections tracking\n\nTraining & Support\nBuild O2C capabilities across teams in UAE and Egypt\n\nTrain stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) on O2C processes and accountability\n\nEstablish clear ownership of collections and dispute resolution at customer level\n\nSupport continuous improvement mindset across teams\n\nThe requirements for a suitable candidate are\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field\n\nProfessional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus\n\nExperience\n8-12 years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Finance operations\n\nExperience in manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG or packaging)\n\nProven track record in driving collections and improving working capital\n\nExposure to multi-country operations (UAE / Egypt or similar markets is a strong advantage)\n\nSkills\nStrong understanding of O2C cycle, credit management, and cash flow dynamics\n\nAbility to challenge stakeholders and drive accountability across functions\n\nAnalytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills\n\nHands-on with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and reporting tools\n\nHigh level of ownership, discipline, and execution focus\n\nJoin us.
