It’severy one of us workingtogether.\nWe offer a place where you can feel safe, be supported, and make an impact so we can all focus on the future together.\nSupervise hourly Production shift employees and Continuous Improvement (CI) teams.\nChampion and participate in company Safety, GMP, and CI efforts.\nDirect daily activities of Production included, but not limited to, safety, quality, throughput, and maintenance.\nManage and supervise employee performance through training, teamwork, counseling, and progressive discipline.\nSchedule, plan and lead improvement teams, activities, and small projects.\nDevelop employees and maintain positive employee/management relationships.\nEffectively communicate with all levels of the Company.\nTroubleshoot production problems.\nManage employee hours, scheduling and payroll etc. using UltiPro Payroll System.\nComplete various reports, as required.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nJob Qualifications\nRequired\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.\nAbility to communicate at all levels within the organization.\nAble to implement change within the department.\nAble to motivate department employees to meet and exceed demands.\nAbility to close and complete projects in a timely manner.\nMust be self-motivated.\nPreferred\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent; College degree preferred.\nLean Six Sigma training preferred.\n3-5 years’ experience leading and supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.\nEnvironment\nOffice work area is a climate-controlled environment.
