• Inline & Stage Inspection: Perform visual and technical inspections at every rotogravure printing phase (color consistency, text legibility, print registration, ink adhesion, viscosity, and barcode scanability).
• Flexible Packaging Testing: Execute physical and technical testing on flexible substrates and multi-layer laminates (seam strength, heat-seal integrity, lamination bond/peel strength, coefficient of friction (COF), and solvent retention).
• Release & Certification: Review test logs, approve line clearance between roll runs, and sign off on conforming master reels and finished packaging products before packing and warehouse distribution.
• Non-Conformance & Defect Tracking: Identify and isolate print defects (e.g., doctor blade streaks, hazing, cylinder scratches, color bleeding), log non-conformance reports (NCRs), and coordinate rapid corrective actions with press operators.
• Team Coordination: Guide and coordinate inspection activities across shift technicians and floor workers to maintain continuous line clearance and adherence to quality standards.
