It’severy one of us workingtogether.\nWe offer a place where you can feel safe, be supported, and make an impact so we can all focus on the future together.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintenance & Reliability\nLead mechanical maintenance activities for all production equipment, utilities, and material handling systems.\nDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.\nImprove equipment reliability, availability, and maintenance performance through root cause analysis.\nProvide technical support for troubleshooting and critical equipment breakdowns.\nEnsure optimum spare parts management and maintenance cost control.\nEngineering & Projects\nSupport execution of engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities for productivity improvement, energy saving, and cost optimization.\nCoordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and contractors for maintenance and project activities.\nPeople Management\nGuide, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.\nPlan manpower, maintenance schedules, and resource utilization.\nEnsure availability of tools, equipment, and PPE.\nEHS, Quality & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with EHS policies, statutory requirements, GMP, and Quality standards.\nConduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, GEMBA walks, and incident investigations.\nSupport audits, management reviews, and change management activities.\nOperational Excellence\nDrive TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and reliability improvement initiatives.\nMonitor KPIs such as Breakdown Hours, MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance, and Maintenance Cost.\nCollaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functions to improve plant performance.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering\nMinimum 7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of rotating equipment, utilities, preventive maintenance, reliability engineering, TPM, and maintenance planning.\nProficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.\nJoin us.
