From early casts to last light in the field, everything we create is rooted in purpose, innovation, and a deep respect for the outdoors.\nPosition Overview\nThe Wholesale Customer Operations Associate is part of a team with a daily focus on the HUK wholesale business, always ensuring best-in-class customer experience. This role serves as the relationship lead for wholesale partners, managing accounts, orders, and communication across the lifecycle of the customer. This position is highly cross-functional, working closely with Sales, Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure wholesale customers are supported, orders flow smoothly, and growth opportunities are captured.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as a point of contact for wholesale and B2B customers. \nManage end-to-end wholesale order processing, from onboarding through fulfillment and invoicing. \nCustomer communication related to orders, availability, timelines, changes, and issue resolution. \nHelp maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in ERP / CRM systems. \nCoordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders. \nMonitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels and retention from a set of wholesale accounts\nSupport new account setup, contract terms, and operational readiness. \nSupport customer-facing team members on a daily basis including cross training within and outside of the department to foster career development and growth. \nRequirements\nExperience in wholesale, B2B operations, customer operations, or account management. \nStrong understanding of order management, fulfillment, and customer lifecycle processes. \nExperience working with ERP, CRM, or wholesale platforms. \nExcellent communication and relationship-management skills. \nHighly organized with strong
