If you are ready for an opportunity where you can shine, this is it.\nPosition Summary\nWe are looking for a Product Design Engineer to support the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of new and existing products. This role is responsible for creating and refining engineering design solutions that meet technical, manufacturing, quality, and performance requirements.\nThis position requires a high level of English proficiency (written and verbal), as the role supports global stakeholders and customers. Resumes must be submitted in English to be considered.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport collection efforts for outstanding customer balances.\nProactively contact and follow up on delinquent and potentially uncollectible accounts.\nPerform month-end aging reconciliations and ensure accuracy of Accounts Receivable balances.\nDevelop and maintain Accounts Receivable and credit process documentation and work instructions.\nReview and process customer refunds and short-paid invoices with proper supporting documentation.\nCollaborate with Order Management to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.\nInvestigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies; prepare credit memos as required.\nPrepare and process customer invoices and statements.\nPost daily cash receipts and research unapplied payments to ensure proper allocation.\nInvestigate account disputes and billing discrepancies.\nCreate and maintain accurate customer profiles within the ERP system.\nRespond to internal and external Accounts Receivable inquiries in a professional and timely manner.\nSupport the Accounting team with Accounts Receivable related matters.\nPerform other duties as needed to support the AR team.\nQualifications & Requirements\nAssociate degree or University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable or Billing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience working in a Shared Services environment is a plus.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n Advanced English proficiency is required (C1 level or higher).\nStrong attention to detail and analytical skills.\nAbility to gather information, analyze issues thoroughly, and propose solutions.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills preferred.\nExperience working with multiple ERP systems.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to build effective working relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.\nPerks\nFree Lunches.\nFree Transportation.\nPhysiotherapist, Doctor and Nurse On Site ( Medical Services)\nEmployee Development.\nSolidarity association.\nNOTE: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by staff assigned to this position.
