projects\n\nManage team leads and resolve day-to-day operational issues\n\nBuild processes that can scale from hundreds to thousands of annotators\n\nWho we are looking for\nExtremely good with people and frontline teams\n\nStrong analytical ability and comfort with metrics and dashboards\n\nExcellent at prioritisation and resource allocation\n\nHighly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once\n\nCreative about incentives, hiring, performance, and operations\n\nClear, direct, and fast communicator\n\nHigh ownership, energy, urgency, and agency\n\nComfortable working in a demanding, fast-changing startup environment\n\nExperience at companies such as Surge AI, Scale AI, Mercor, Turing, Outlier, Remotasks, or similar workforce and data-operations businesses is a strong
