experience (preferably modern hooks React and Next.js framework)\nstrong Typescript skills\nexperience with CSS-in-JS solutions (Emotion, styled-components, or similar) or good old (S)CSS\nany kind of state management (Redux, React state)\ndata state, synchronization & SWR solutions (React Query)\nproficiency in English and Croatian language (for domestic clients)\ncapable of handling new projects as well as improving upon existing ones\ngood knowledge of software architectures, design patterns, and best practices\ngood knowledge of Linux-based operating systems\ngood knowledge of git\ngood communication skills\na team player attitude\ngood self-organisation & researching ability\ngood knowledge of modern build pipelines and tools (CI/CD)\nability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
