The role will own category sourcing, supplier negotiation and import management, ensuring the right material arrives on time, at the right quality and at the best total cost, while reducing supply risk and delivering measurable cost savings.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead sourcing for assigned RM/PM categories, including chemicals, vegetable oils, surfactants, fragrances and personal care raw materials.\nProcure imported and local RM/PM against approved plans; raise purchase orders and follow through to delivery.\nRun RFQs, comparative statements and should-cost analyses; negotiate and finalise annual and term contracts with international and local suppliers.\nManage imports end to end, including Incoterms, LCs and payment documentation, shipping schedules, clearing agents and port clearance; flag delays early.\nIdentify, qualify and onboard alternate suppliers to reduce single-source dependency, working with R&D and Quality on trials and approvals; monitor supplier performance and resolve quality and payment issues.\nConvert demand plans into supplier delivery schedules and keep inventory within target days of cover without stock-outs or emergency purchases.\nTrack commodity, freight and PKR/USD trends; advise management on buying windows, forward cover and price-increase risk.\nPrepare spend analysis, savings tracking and management reports; maintain a supply risk register and ensure purchasing complies with company policy, audit and regulatory requirements.\nEducation\nMBA or an equivalent qualification, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.\nExperience\n4-6 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years buying raw and packaging materials in an FMCG, cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
