Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.\nUse your skills to make an impact\nRequired Qualifications\n You must be a transitioning service member eligible to participate in the DOW SkillBridge or a military spouse eligible to participate in the military spouse fellowship ·\nMust reside in the state of South Carolina\nStrong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills\nProficiency in healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious Medicare/Medicaid experience.\nKnowledge of payer policies, insurance companies and government health programs.\nPossess an interest in working in the healthcare industry\nWork at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs.
