The role works on moderately complex technical initiatives, resolves platform and application issues, and partners with architects and senior engineers to implement scalable cloud solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.\nBuild and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.\nSupport contact center modernization efforts, including migration and transformation initiatives.\nConfigure and support GCP services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, and monitoring.\nDevelop conversational experiences, authentication services, and workflow orchestration.\nTroubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.\nPerform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.\nParticipate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.\nApply enterprise standards for security, CI/CD, monitoring, and software development best practices.\nMaintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or application development.\nExperience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nPassion for improving consumer and customer experiences.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google CX Agent Studio, conversational AI, or contact center technologies.\nExperience with cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integrations.\nUse your skills to make an impact\nWork at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
