This role serves as the business owner for assigned products and is accountable for product vision, roadmap development, performance measurement, and ongoing product evolution.The Product Manager, Workflow Solutions leads the planning, development, and optimization of workflow-based capabilities delivered through Humana's EHR Channel. The role is responsible for defining product strategy, developing multi-year roadmaps, establishing success metrics, and prioritizing investments that create value for providers and enterprise stakeholders.\nThe Product Manager collaborates closely with Product Owners, implementation teams, vendor partners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with provider workflows and organizational priorities. The position evaluates market trends, customer feedback, vendor capabilities, and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement.\nThe role exercises significant independent judgment in balancing competing priorities, recommending investments, managing product performance, and driving achievement of business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn product strategy and roadmap for Claims Status, Happy Together with Health Plans, and emerging products\nDefine a multi-year vision and growth strategy for assigned products\nEstablish product KPIs and measure business outcomes\nDevelop business cases and investment recommendations\nIdentify opportunities to improve provider workflow integration\nPartner with Product Owners to translate strategy into executable work\nCollaborate with EHR vendors to optimize product capabilities and adoption\nAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities\nPrioritize enhancements based on business value and strategic objectives\nPresent product strategy, roadmap updates, and performance results to leadership\nDrive adoption, utilization, and business value realization\nUse your skills to make an impact\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of product management, healthcare technology, interoperability, or related experience\n2+ years of experience with EHR platforms, provider technology, or interoperability solutions\nExperience developing product strategies and roadmaps\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives\nExperience working with complex technology products and multiple stakeholders\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree\nExperience in healthcare payer-provider integration\nKnowledge of provider workflows and clinical operations\nExperience presenting to executive stakeholders\nAdditional Information\nThis role is \"remote/work at home\" and can be based anywhere in the United States.\nThe expected start date for this role is January 2027\nWork at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
