You will partner with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Product teams to drive Developer Experience (DevEx), expand automation and self-service capabilities, establish tooling standards and best practices, and deliver solutions that improve developer productivity and platform reliability.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the enterprise Developer Tools and Software Catalog ecosystem with end-to-end ownership.\nDefine tooling standards, governance, best practices, and support models.\nOwn Developer Experience (DevEx), including onboarding, Day 2 operations, self-service tooling, and developer productivity initiatives.\nSupport developer tooling ecosystems as product-like platforms with a strong Developer Experience (DX) focus.\nOversee tool lifecycle management, including onboarding, upgrades, patching, licensing, renewals, adoption, and retirement.\nDrive modernization, automation, self-service, and developer productivity initiatives.\nPartner with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and vendors to align tooling strategy and roadmaps.\nLead platform migrations and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted developer tools.\nMonitor operational metrics, adoption trends, risk remediation efforts, and cost optimization opportunities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a related discipline.\n2+ years of technical leadership experience.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.\nExperience supporting enterprise developer tooling ecosystems.\nStrong knowledge of enterprise software engineering principles, frameworks, and modern development practices.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, SQL, and Java or .NET development.\nExperience with artifact management platforms such as JFrog and integrations with core DevOps platforms.\nProficiency with PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting.\nTechnical Skills and Experience\nStrong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to lead technical discussions, meetings, and best-practice adoption across development teams.\nExperience working independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.\nStrong understanding of modern software development methodologies, frameworks, and standards.\nExperience with enterprise artifact management platforms and DevOps ecosystem integrations.\n5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.\n5+ years of experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines.\n5+ years of experience with Git source control and branching strategies.\n5+ years of SQL querying and database development experience.\n5+ years of hands-on Java or .NET development experience.\nExperience with IDEs and development tools, including IntelliJ, Eclipse, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and Power BI.\nExperience with Java frameworks and development standards.\nExperience with .NET frameworks and development standards.\nProficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.\nExperience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.\nKnowledge of Windows and Linux build agents.\nExperience with security remediation and enterprise compliance requirements.\nStrong focus on automation, developer productivity, and platform reliability.\nUse your skills to make an impact\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with developer portals, Software Catalog solutions, and integrations with core DevOps platforms.\nExperience with vendor roadmap management, tool lifecycle governance, end-of-life (EOL) planning, and license optimization.\nExperience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development capabilities.\nExperience establishing SLAs, KPIs, operational reporting, and executive dashboards.\nScheduled Weekly Hours\n40Pay Range\nThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
