enterprise environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Strategy & Engineering Leadership\nDefine and communicate technical direction, engineering standards, and solution approaches for enterprise pharmacy applications and platforms.\nPartner with Product Owners, Architects, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nEvaluate solution options and provide technical recommendations that balance business value, risk, cost, and maintainability.\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards.\nEngineering Delivery & Solution Development\nLead engineering teams through the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of application enhancements and projects.\nProvide technical guidance and oversight for complex engineering initiatives and system integrations.\nEnsure delivered solutions meet performance, quality, scalability, and reliability expectations.\nReview technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches to promote engineering excellence.\nApplication Support & Operational Excellence\nLead support activities for business-critical production applications and services.\nDrive incident management, root-cause analysis, problem resolution, and service restoration efforts.\nEnsure application availability, stability, performance, and operational readiness.\nPartner with Operations and SRE teams to improve monitoring, alerting, observability, and capacity planning.\nIdentify and remediate technical debt, recurring production issues, and operational risks.\nSupport release planning, deployment activities, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity initiatives.\nCross-Functional Leadership & Governance\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Business teams, Architects, Security, Infrastructure, SRE, and Vendor organizations.\nLead technical reviews, engineering planning sessions, operational readiness assessments, and release governance activities.\nManage technical dependencies, delivery risks, and competing priorities across multiple teams.\nInfluence technical decision-making through engineering expertise, data-driven recommendations, and industry best practices.\nReliability, Performance & Continuous Improvement\nDefine, monitor, and report on KPIs related to application availability, incident engineering teams.\nUse your skills to make an impact\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n10+ years of software engineering experience within complex enterprise technology environments.\n3+ years of technical leadership experience leading engineering teams and strategic initiatives.\nStrong expertise in application development, system integration, enterprise architecture, and software engineering practices.\nExperience leading large-scale enterprise projects, platform enhancements, and operational improvement initiatives.\nExperience supporting mission-critical production applications and high-volume transaction processing systems.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.\nAbility to influence and collaborate across business, operational, architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and vendor organizations.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills with a focus on reliability and operational excellence.\nKnowledge of healthcare, pharmacy operations, or regulated industries understanding of application architecture, APIs, integration patterns, messaging platforms, and distributed systems.\nExperience supporting production environments, incident management processes, and operational service delivery.\nDemonstrated expertise in performance tuning, system optimization, resiliency, and fault-tolerant application design.\nHands-on experience with Agile delivery practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management processes.\nExperience collaborating with Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams to deliver business outcomes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills within high-volume, transaction-oriented environments.\nDemonstrated ability to manage technical dependencies, resolve complex production issues, and drive execution across multiple initiatives.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and leadership skills.\nAbility to exercise independent judgment and make strategic
