This individual will be responsible for supporting and optimizing technologies such as Azure DevOps (ADO), qTest, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, API automation frameworks, CI/CD platforms, AI-enabled testing solutions, and related quality engineering tools while improving delivery efficiency, quality, traceability, and governance.\nThis role functions as a senior technical leader and subject matter expert, ensuring consistent tool adoption, onboarding processes, training programs, integration standards, operational support, and continuous improvement across Humana's quality engineering ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnterprise QE Tools Strategy\nDefine and execute Humana's enterprise Quality Engineering tools strategy, roadmap, and adoption plans.\nEstablish standards, governance models, operating procedures, and best practices for enterprise testing and automation tools.\nEvaluate, recommend, and support enterprise-wide quality engineering solutions that improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.\nLead proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilots, and assessments of emerging testing, automation, AI, and DevOps technologies.\nServe as the enterprise subject matter expert for QE tools, test management platforms, automation solutions, and quality engineering best practices.\nEnterprise QE Tools Support & Onboarding\nProvide technical leadership and operational support for enterprise quality engineering tools including Azure DevOps (ADO), qTest, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, AI-enabled testing platforms, and related solutions.\nLead onboarding activities for application, development, and QE teams to ensure successful adoption of enterprise tools and processes.\nPartner with Segment QE teams to implement tool capabilities, improve utilization, and establish consistent testing practices across the organization.\nDevelop and maintain onboarding frameworks, implementation guides, training materials, knowledge repositories, standards, and self-service support resources.\nSupport tool configuration, administration, integrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities.\nEstablish end-to-end integration patterns across test management, requirements, automation, defect management, CI/CD, release management, and reporting platforms.\nEnable traceability across business requirements, user stories, test cases, automation assets, defects, releases, and production outcomes.\nCollaborate with vendor partners and internal platform teams to evaluate enhancements, roadmap opportunities, and tool optimization initiatives.\nDrive continuous improvements in tool adoption, user experience, platform stability, governance compliance, and operational effectiveness.\nMentor Quality Engineers, Automation Engineers, SDETs, and delivery teams on enterprise tools, quality engineering practices, and automation capabilities.\nAI-Powered Quality Engineering & Intelligent Testing\nEvaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities that improve testing efficiency, user productivity, and quality outcomes.\nLead adoption of AI-powered testing solutions including test generation, intelligent test maintenance, risk-based testing, self-healing automation, and predictive quality analytics.\nConduct proof-of-concepts and pilots for emerging Generative AI technologies and intelligent testing platforms.\nDevelop best practices and governance standards for AI-assisted testing and automation solutions.\nPartner with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into testing workflows, delivery pipelines, and quality engineering processes.\nDrive innovation through intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making.\nEnterprise Consulting & Technical Leadership\nProvide technical consulting, guidance, and support to Quality Engineering and application delivery teams across Humana business segments.\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and platform organizations to implement effective testing and automation tool solutions.\nAssess tool usage, process maturity, and adoption challenges, providing recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.\nSupport enterprise transformation initiatives involving quality engineering modernization, DevOps, test management, automation, and AI adoption.\nPartner with leadership teams to establish enterprise governance, support models, standards, and operational excellence practices.\nDevOps, CI/CD & Engineering Excellence\nSupport integration of enterprise quality engineering tools within DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous testing operating models.\nEnable automated quality gates, release readiness validations, and testing workflows throughout the software development lifecycle.\nImplement best practices supporting continuous integration, continuous testing, release management, and continuous delivery.\nPartner with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and application teams to improve tool integrations, automation workflows, and execution environments.\nPromote engineering excellence through standardized tool adoption, automation enablement, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nUse your skills to make an impact\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.\n12+ years of Quality Engineering, Test Management, Automation Engineering, SDET, or Software Engineering experience.\n8+ years of hands-on experience implementing, supporting, administering, or enabling enterprise testing and automation tools.\nDeep expertise with enterprise quality engineering tools including: \nAzure DevOps (ADO)\nqTest\nTricentis Tosca\nSelenium\nPlaywright\nAPI Testing and Automation Tools\nCI/CD Platforms\nExperience supporting tool integrations across test management, automation, requirements, release management, and DevOps ecosystems.\nStrong understanding of Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Delivery practices.\nExperience leading onboarding, enablement, training, adoption, and support initiatives for enterprise engineering tools.\nExcellent communication, leadership, consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.\nExperience implementing AI-driven testing tools and intelligent automation platforms.\nExperience evaluating and
