Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.\nUse your skills to make an impact\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field\n7 or more experience as a senior developer in large IT projects\nPrior project architect and/or team lead experience\nMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences\nAt least 3years project experience working with AI, cloud platforms and HR platform SaaS applications.\nStrong knowledge of application architecture principles, design patterns, integration patterns, and software engineering practices.\nExperience designing enterprise applications using modern technologies such as APIs, microservices, containers, cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, and DevOps practices.\nFamiliarity with security-by-design principles, identity and access management, data protection, and secure coding practices.\nAbility to create architecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, decision records, and roadmaps.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's Degree\nAdditional Information\nWork-At-Home Requirements\nWAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
