Oversees the design engineering and testing processes for Humana EIP products and works with relevant EIP stakeholders to drive products from design to volume production release. The Senior CyberSecurity Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior CyberSecurity Engineer designs, oversees, and performs engineering tests that validate platform and product designs. May design and implement protocols and solutions designed to safeguard sensitive data from external/internal breach or attacks and implement relevant engineering updates to Humana information technology and information security infrastructures. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end application onboarding intake activities for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services.\nPartner with application architects, developers, product teams, and application owners to assess onboarding requirements and dependencies.\nEvaluate applications for compatibility with Microsoft Entra ID authentication and authorization capabilities.\nDetermine appropriate IAM integration strategies based on application architecture, security requirements, and business needs.\nDevelop high-level SailPoint ISC onboarding and integration designs when Entra ID authorization is not sufficient.\nIdentify appropriate integration patterns, including: REST API integrations SailPoint ISC Out-of-the-Box connectors Flat-file and batch-based integrations\nDefine high-level Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes for onboarded applications.\nIdentify APIs, data feeds, and identity data sources required to support provisioning, governance, and lifecycle management.\nDesign holistic onboarding solutions including: Entra ID only integration models Hybrid Entra ID and SailPoint ISC integration models Access governance and compliance requirements Privileged Access Management (PAM) requirements System account, service account, and privileged account management approaches Ownership and approval models for access objects and entitlements\nIdentify onboarding prerequisites, artifacts, dependencies, risks, and implementation requirements.\nCoordinate intake deliverables across application owners, architects, IAM engineering teams, and cybersecurity stakeholders.\nTranslate intake findings into epics, features, and user stories for delivery teams.\nProvide guidance on IAM architecture, onboarding standards, and industry best practices.\nDrive consistency, scalability, and compliance across enterprise identity onboarding initiatives.\nUse your skills to make an impact\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years' experience leading IAM or IGA application onboarding, discovery, intake, and scoping activities.\nDeep understanding of identity governance, access management, and identity lifecycle management concepts.\nExpertise with Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.\nExperience evaluating applications and creating high-level IAM integration designs.\nKnowledge of SailPoint ISC integration approaches including API, connector-based, and file-based integrations.\nExperience working with application architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.\nStrong documentation, analytical, and requirements-gathering skills.\nAbility to independently manage complex onboarding initiatives from intake through delivery readiness.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platforms.\nKnowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and REST-based integrations.\nExperience in regulated healthcare, financial services, or other highly governed environments.\nExperience with Agile delivery methodologies, feature development, and backlog management.\nIAM-related certifications such as SailPoint, CISSP, CIAM, Security+, or Microsoft Identity certifications.\nWork at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
