The Senior Informaticist coordinates with other analytics, IT and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs. The Senior Informaticist work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior Data Analyst leverages advanced knowledge of data, analytics, modeling, optimization, artificial intelligence (AI), and analytical tools to solve complex business problems. Applies disciplined analytics and predictive techniques to understand and forecast behavior, optimize programs and products, and maximize business value. Utilizes advanced statistical, predictive, and AI-enabled methodologies to develop, test, and validate solutions that improve the outcomes and quality of the programs we offer. Contributes innovative approaches to financial and operational models while building deep knowledge of the business context in which they operate. Understands and analyzes complex data, translates findings for diverse audiences, and drives business impact through data-driven recommendations with potentially significant financial implications. Leverages AI and automation technologies to enhance analytical efficiency, uncover new insights, and support strategic decision-making. Begins to influence departmental strategy and analytical best practices. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components, and work is performed with minimal direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience
- Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions
- Proficient in a programming language such as Python, Java, Scala, C, or R
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to articulate and present findings and insights to senior leadership
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted technologies to enhance business analysis, requirements gathering, data analytics, documentation, and software development activities
- Six Sigma certification
- Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
- Preferred technologies such as Databricks, Azure, Copilot, Claude, SQL, Python, Power BI or similar tools

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$97,900 - $133,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
