Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments.\nThe Full Stack Software Engineer will:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software applications based on our requirements.\nCollaborate with product managers and development teams to create scalable, user-focused solutions.\nBuild and support front-end, back-end, American Petroleum Institute, and database components, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.\nDevelop responsive web and mobile-friendly applications with modern user experiences.\nTroubleshoot, debug, improve, and enhance existing applications.\nCreate technical documentation, development best practices.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum teams and provide high-quality solutions within project timelines.\nProvide technical leadership and influence solution design throughout project planning, and support phases.\nSupport production deployments and ongoing application maintenance.\nUse your skills to make an impact\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.\n5+ years of experience developing and testing software applications.\nExperience with front-end and back-end development technologies.\nExperience with APIs, databases, and application integrations.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nExperience delivering solutions that enhance customer experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in a related field.\nExperience cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale applications.\nExperience with version control systems like GitHub / GitLab and developing Git branching approaches\nAdditional Information\n To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:\nAt minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
