Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.\n\nExercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.\n\nUse your skills to make an impact\nRequired Qualifications\nThe Sr. Process Improvement Professional must meet one, (1) of the following requirements:\nLicensed Professional (LSW) in the state of Kentucky OR ability to obtain, Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in social work, psychology or related health and human services area with a minimum of one, (1) year professional experience in case management.\nLicensed Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky OR ability to obtain, Bachelor’s of Nursing degree, with a minimum of one, (1) year professional experience working in case management.\nMust Meet all of the following requirements:\nMinimum 3 years of technical experience re-engineering process improvements to include root cause analysis, collaboration with product teams, communicating business need requirements, surveys\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI\nStrong presentation skills using PowerPoint and ability to communicate with all levels\nExperience writing new process initiatives with proven results\nPreferred Qualifications\nProcess mapping experience, Lucid\nLean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification\nMBA\nAdditional Information\nWorkstyle: Remote work at Home\nLocation: Must reside in Kentucky or a contiguous state with the ability to travel to Louisville, Kentucky office once a quarter\nSchedule: Office hours are 8AM and 5PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday\nTravel: Less than 5% as business needs\nWork at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
